You will receive a complimentary trial lesson up to 30 mins for one swimmer.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the following statements: 1. I am registering to take swimming lessons with Fischer Swim School L.L.C. and my information may be placed in their internal database for purposes of scheduling lessons, taking payment, soliciting discounts and offers, and all other necessary communication for purposes of teaching swim lessons. 2. I acknowledge that the registration fee includes a free trial lesson. Trial lesson for a single student is up to 30 mins and for a family up to 60 mins. 3. Lesson Packages are conducted using a lesson credit system. I understand that the credit system works as follows. I prepay for a set number of lesson credits that can be used for private or semi private lessons. A scheduled private lesson will use one (1) lesson credit and a semi private lesson will use 0.75 lesson credits per swimmer. Lesson credits never expire and can be used for any person in the same household. Lesson credits are not refundable. 4. I understand the cancellation policy. If a scheduled lesson cannot be conducted for any reason other than instructor availability or inclement weather, I must inform Fischer Swim School L.L.C. or its representatives via phone call or text message at least 4 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. If I do not cancel the lesson at least 4 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson, the lesson credit may be forfeited. I understand that an email is not considered proper notice for cancellation of a lesson. 5. I am solely responsible for the care of myself and/or my child during the swim lesson. I agree to be in the immediate area during the lesson in case the instructor or my child needs assistance. 6. I understand Fischer Swim School L.L.C. and its affiliates are not responsible for the condition and the availability of the swimming pool. If water clarity and/or proper sanitation levels are not maintained Fischer Swim School L.L.C. may not be able to conduct the scheduled lesson and credits may be forfeited. 7. I will hold harmless Fischer Swim School L.L.C. and it's affiliates for any injuries I or my child sustain at the lesson location. 8. I understand that swim instructors are contracted by Fischer Swim School L.L.C. to only conduct swimming lessons and are fully insured while conducting scheduled lessons. Any lessons conducted without the knowledge of Fischer Swim School L.L.C. are not covered and any damages incurred while engaging in unscheduled lessons are not the responsibility of Fischer Swim School
